If you arrive at MCB Quantico during normal business hours, report to the Installation Personnel Management Center on the second floor of Building 2006 on Hawkins Avenue. You can contact IPAC at 1 (703) 784-4479 IPAC provides assistance with initial check-in administrative matters, including personnel information updates, initial order entry, travel reimbursements, unit diary matters and welcome-board briefings.
After Marines complete their IPAC clearance process, they are released to their assigned battalion or squadron headquarters where they are given check-in forms and other processing activities.
